Copy of NOC from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Environmental Protection Agency and In Case of renewal of license, a copy of the previous license		and annual Renewal Fee ranging from Rs.8000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per year depending upon Electric Motor Power of the Power Crusher
